Jon Nobis is the COO of the awardwinning TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®/INTERNATIONAL, Inc., based in Lansing, Mich.
Jon started his career in 2000 with Plante & Moran, the nation’s 12 largest accounting firm in Southfield, Mich., where he worked as an audit and tax professional. After receiving his CPA license in 2002, he transitioned to the firm’s management consulting group and moved to the company’s Lansing office where he worked until 2011.
Initially, he focused on security consulting, but later transitioned to general technology consulting where he worked with numerous clients in the construction, real estate, and manufacturing sectors on solving business problems through use process analysis and technology.
He joined TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® as chief information officer in March 2011 and in July 2013, took the role of Chief Operating Officer. In his current role, he continues to oversee the IT department and also manages the operations department.
Nobis has played an integral role in developing and deploying new technologies that have helped TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®/INTERNATIONAL, Inc. achieve more than 50 months of record growth. His experience in technology consulting and project management, combined with his background in accounting and security provide him unique perspective on how to build the company to achieve an aggressive vision.
He’s a graduate of Michigan State University with a degree in accounting with an emphasis in information systems and supply chain management.
He currently resides in Portland, Mich., with his wife and six children.
